BSSA offers 3-year B.A. (Honours) Interior Environment and Design program, 5-year B.Arch and 2 year Full-Time M.Arch.

B.A. (Honours) 

Eligibility: 

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream & must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at their 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt.

Selection Process:

• The Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the details provided by the candidate in application data in terms of academic marks at the 10+2 examination and Personal Interview conducted by NMIMS in Mumbai 
• The selection will be solely based on merit. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable as also shall be binding on all concerned. 

B.Arch

Eligibility:

• An examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

OR

          10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory.

• NATA Score (Minimum 70 out of 200) or JEE Paper-II scores are compulsory for the admission.

Selection Process:

• The Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the application data in terms of academic marks at the 10+2 examination and NATA Score / Aptitude Test conducted by Competent Authority of Central / State Government (Including JEE Paper- II Aptitude Test in Architecture). 
• The selection will be solely based on merit. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable as also shall be binding on all concerned. 

M.Arch

Eligibility:

Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent course recognized by the Council of Architecture.

Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSA) was established in the year 2007. The school is affiliated to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. 

• The application form can be submitted through offline mode.
• B.Arch program requires a 10+2 pass with an aggregate score of 50% and minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
• Selection of the candidates in this course is based on rank scored in NATA.

BSSA Mumbai B.Arch Admission 2020

Balwant Seth School of Architecture offers B. Arch program at UG level. The eligibility criterion to take admission in this course is to have scored at least 50% marks in 10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. Selection is done on the basis of score in NATA.

NATA is conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) every year. Students have to secure at least 70 marks out of 200 in order to be eligible for this course.

Key Points:

• The candidates awaiting their result of qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply.
• The candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31st of the academic year.

BSSA Mumbai M.Arch, MACT Admission 2020

Balwant Seth School of Architecture offers Masters in City and Technology i.e. MACT program at PG level. The candidates planning to take admission in this course must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Economics/ Designing or any other subjects. The candidates are selected on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination.

Key Points for M.Arch:

• Candidates appearing for the final year are not eligible to apply.
• Candidate above 30 years of age are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have cleared their graduation through a part-time course or distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from a recognized university are not eligible to apply.
• Submission of AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their Under-Graduation from overseas board/ Universities.

BSSA Mumbai Application Process 2020

All applications are handled by NMIMS centrally. The candidates seeking admission in this college must register on the official website of BSSA and register separately for NATA. The candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps:
