It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Burhani College’s new website and through this website to the college itself. This is only the beginning of our rededicated efforts to bring greater educational excellence to the young adults who are studying here or wish to join our college.

We are a minority institution and are proud of our pedigree. Our founder, the 52nd Dai al-Mutlaq and head of the Dawoodi Bohra Community, His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mohammed BurhanuddinRA showed us the path which is encapsulated in the college’s mission and vision. Today, his noble successor, the 53rd Dai al-Mutlaq, His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mufaddal SaifuddinTUS, is continuing the same legacy of educational excellence and we are constantly enriched by Syedna Saheb’s dedication to the cause of learning, which is also reflected in his second-term Chancellorship of the Aligarh Muslim University.

We consistently and continuously work towards achieving the mission by shaping the minds of the students for a better tomorrow. Our results, both at the Board and University levels have always been impressive. As we approach our golden jubilee, we are committed to grow and develop with renewed zeal in curricular and extra-curricular activities and in innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship, to mould lives that can face the challenges of the 21st Century. Our faculty connect academics with real life situations so that students use their knowledge and skills in making wise decisions and move towards accomplishing their desired goals in life.

I especially call upon our alumni who have gone on to become entrepreneurs, professionals and international residents in many parts of the world to come and visit your alma mater and share with us your success. We will always be proud of you and always be proud to call you the Burhani family.
