A design conducive space, that houses a Tinkering Lab (3D Printer, Laser Cutter, Arduinos, Raspberry Pis, etc.) and a Usability Lab. Important Dates

NMIMS School Of Design B.Des Admission 2020

NMIMS offers a full-time B.Des (Humanising Technology) for the duration of four years. Total intake for the program is 25 students. A valid score in NMIMS – NPAT and performance in Design Aptitude Test followed by Portfolio and Interview round.

Note:

• Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate / & D.P. awarded candidates are eligible only if they have cleared their IB exam with total of 24 credits having passed 3 HL (minimum 12 credits) & 3 SL (minimum 09 credits) mandatorily).

Pattern of NMIMS – NPAT B.Des Test:  Students seeking admission to B.Des program need to appear in NMIMS – NPAT (Three sections) and a pen-paper-based Design Aptitude Test (Three sections). It is an MCQs based test divided into Part I and Part II. Questions in part 1 will come from Quant & Numerical Ability, Reasoning and English Language. Each will have 40 questions. Part II will have questions from Spatial Ability & Visualization Skills (20), Observation & Problem Solving (20) and General Awareness & Design Sensibility (20).
