Alliance School of Business is one of the leading business schools in India. It is the first business school in the country that has been accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. The university was established in 2010 through the provisions of Act No. 34 in Karnataka. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in business administration, commerce, postgraduate diploma in management, doctoral programmes in management, defence services programme, executive education programme and an executive postgraduate diploma in management programme. The university also has the provision for many short term and long term international programmes like semester exchange programme, international summer school, dual degree programme and credit transfer programmes.

The institute has set up eligibility criteria for all the courses. For taking admission into the MBA programme, candidates belonging to the general category should have a minimum of 50% marks in a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. For SC/ST candidates, it is 45%.

They also have to appear for CAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ KMAT/ AMAT/ XAT examination. Eligible candidates have to fill up the application form. They will be selected according to their academic performance. They will be called for group discussion, essay writing examination and personal interview.
