Annasaheb Gundewar College, an Academic institution of village Uplift Socity was founded by karmaveer Dadasaheb Kannamwar

Once started with a handful of student and noble cause of imparting qualitative education to the under privileged and meritorious students ofrural areas, college today , has 1800 students and streams like Commerce, Arts, BBA, B.Com, (Computer Application) , PGDCCA, YCMOU studey center for B.Com, B.A, and M.B.A. courses, short - term courses and carreer orientation courses catering to the various academic needs of the students.

Today , college is known for its vibrant academic ambience , superb infrastucture and qualified faculties. it has a number of achivments is academics, sports, NSS, NCC, extra-curricular activities, cultural activities and social development programmes. The college as awarded grade 'B' by NAAC in the year 2014.
