ASU Courses

Undergraduate Courses

The university offers several UG courses in the fields of Engineering, Arts, Commerce, Designing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mass Communication, and Journalism. All the UG courses are offered for a period of four years except for the B.Ed programme which is for two years.

Admission to the UG courses is done on the basis of an aptitude test & personal interview. However, candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria, in order to get admission to the university.

Postgraduate Courses

At postgraduate level, Apeejay University offers several courses in the streams of Management, Arts, Science and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The university also provides Diploma and Executive Diploma courses at PG level under multiple specializations. The M.Sc course is also provided under lateral entry by the university. All the PG courses are offered with a duration of two years except for the PG Diploma and Executive Diploma courses.

Admission to the Postgraduate courses is done on the basis of academic merit, performance in the entrance test followed by an interview.

MBA

Eligibility:

• In order to seek admission to the MBA course, a candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate from any of the Universities Recognized by AIU/UGC or AICTE or possesses an Equivalent Qualification Recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
• Admission to the MBA programme is done through Group Discussion followed by a personal interview conducted by the University.
• Candidates having a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT or a Similar Nationalized Entrance Exam will be given preference

Apeejay Stya University B.Tech Admission 2020

Apeejay Stya University(ASU) offers a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, i.e. B.Tech degree under a number of specializations. The full-time B.Tech programme is offered for a period of four years. The admission in the B.Tech course is done on the basis of written tests/ Entrance test and interview.

10+2 with in Science stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. ASU also offers Integrated B.Tech in Biotechnology for the duration of five years.

Apeejay Stya University UG Admission 2020: B.Des, B.Com(H), BBA, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Ed, LLB & B.A (Hons)

Apeejay Stya University PG Admission 2020: M.Sc., MA & M.Pharm

At postgraduate level, Apeejay University offers several courses in the streams of Arts, Science and Pharmaceutical Sciences. ASU also offers PG Diploma in Clinical Research. All the PG courses are offered for the duration of two years except for the PG Diploma and Executive Diploma courses.

Admission to MA, M.Pharm and M.Sc courses is subject to candidates’ performance in Written Test/ Entrance Test and interview.

• For PG diploma courses, industry /education experience of 3 years will be preferred
• 5% marks relaxation for the SC/ST candidates will be considered

The university also offers Doctorate level courses in different streams under a number of specializations to the research aspiring candidates. The maximum duration period of all the Ph.D. courses is two years.

Admission to the Ph.D. courses is done on the basis of Entrance Test, Research Proposal Presentation & Interview.

Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Gurugram Application Process 2020

In order to apply for any of the programs offered by ASU, candidates can either apply online at the admission portal of the university or fill up the downloaded form.  Applicants must follow the given directives to apply:

Online Mode:

1. Click on the tab “Apply Now Admission” and the page will be direct you to the ASU online admission portal.
2. Read the instructions and click to “Apply Now”.
3. The Online Application form will appear on the screen which will comprise of seven sections titled as: Personal, Address, Education, Exam, Work, Documents and Declaration.
4. Applicants need to fill up information in the fields marked as mandatory.
5. After filling up the complete details applicants are required to pay the application fee of INR 1100 via Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking.
6. Save the application fee for future reference.

Note: Upon registration and payment of application fees, candidates would be intimidated about the admission process on their respective E-mail IDs.

Offline Mode:

1. The application form can be downloaded from the website under the tab “Offline Application Form”.
2. The duly filled in form should be submitted along with necessary document and a Demand Draft of INR 1100 drawn in favour of “Apeejay Stya Education Foundation”, payable at New Delhi.
3. The application form should be submitted at (post/courier) any one of Admission Office/ Apeejay Institution.

Being a part of ASU, SOMS offers scholarships and financial aid schemes as explained below:

The scholarship is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2. Merit cum means scholarships are also available for deserving candidates.

• Scholarships and Financial Aids will be provided to the candidates who have scored at least 93% marks in 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Students awaiting result (but have scored 93% aggregate in their Pre-Boards) are also eligible to apply for scholarships.
• Final settlement of scholarship amount is subject to students’ performance in final board exams.

How to Apply for Scholarship:

Students can apply for the scholarship online along with the regular university application form.
