ARKA Jain University, Jharkhand was established in 2017 by the Jharkhand State Legislature under “The ARKA JAIN University Act”. AKRA Jain University was formerly known as Jain College and is the first private university in Jharkhand. There are a total of six different schools offering programmes at UG, PG, and doctoral levels. The university offers degrees not only approved by the Indian government but also offers degrees that are internationally recognised.

The university has outstanding facilities and resources to support its students in their studies. This includes a library, classrooms, IT resources, an extensive wireless network, and an excellent network with 100% placement. Currently, the university is offering diploma courses in Engineering for students who have completed Class 10. • Applications to the university can be done both online and offline
• Admissions to undergraduate programmes are done based on the marks obtained in Class 12, and seats are allocated on 1st come, 1st serve basis, before the last date of admission
• For admissions to postgraduate programmes, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%
• MBA admissions are based on the scores obtained in  any of the entrance exams like CAT /MAT / XAT / CMAT/ AJU-MAT and rank in Personal Interview
