Courses

Hays offers a variety of certificate and diploma courses in Subjects like Ageing Support, Leisure and Health. In addition to classroom-learning, courses also include group work, supervised on the job experience, Excursions, self-paced learning, work placement for Hospitality, Aged care and Leisure and Health. The Aged Care courses offered by Hays International College train in personal care, whereas the Leisure and Health courses offer diversional therapy to the students.

Campus

The campus is located in Box Hill South which is just 25 minutes by train from Melbourne and 1 hour by car from Tullamarine Airport. Box Hill South is surrounded by shopping centres, health services, religious centres, restaurants, sporting facilities and parks. The College is situated on a 12-acre campus, which is well equipped with an oval, library, student computers, aged care centre, laboratory and auditorium. There are many other recreational facilities like tennis, squash, golf, cycling and swimming close to the College.

  • Australia awards

Students are awarded based on the financial need and the main aim of this scholarship is to promote knowledge, education links and enduring ties with the neighbouring countries.

  • Destination Australia

This is awarded to both international, and domestic students who wish to study in regional Australia. Students are required to submit a complete application for admission to be considered for merit-based academic scholarships. A scholarship of $20,000 will be awarded to meritorious students. Over 1000 scholarships will be awarded each year to both domestic and international students having qualifications in Certification IV level and above. Australian tertiary institutions can apply for scholarships of up to $15,000 per student, per annum.
