Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) is a medical education state university, located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It was established in 2014 by the Government of Uttarakhand under Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Medical Education University Act, 2014. The University is approved by UGC and offers degree and diploma programmes in the streams of Medical, Dental, Nursing and Para-Medical Science at UG and PG level. It has jurisdiction on all Medical, Dental, Nursing and Para-Medical colleges in the state of Uttarakhand. HNBUMU houses 16 affiliated colleges, including three medical colleges and paramedical colleges each and 13 nursing colleges.

HNBUMU Admissions
The University offers admissions to degree/ diploma programmes at UG and PG level in the streams of Medical, Dental, Nursing and Para-Medical Science under various specialisations. Below are important details of HNBUMU admission process that an applicant must know of:
