All applicants have to pay the full fee at the time of admission. However, IGNOU students from reserved categories (Physically Handicapped, Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes) are entitled to fee reimbursement from the governments of their states. Also, the university's students are eligible for the National Centre for Promotion of Employment of Disabled People (NCPEDP) scholarship scheme for postgraduate level programmes.
