Admission Procedure for all courses EXCEPT PILOT TRAINING

Once you have all the necessary information about training at IGIA and are decided to attend one of the programs of IGIA, you may follow the following steps that will guide you to enrollment.

STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD THE PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FORM (Left Hand Link)

You can download the IGIA Application Form with the Prospectus from the link on the left side here.

STEP 2 - SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FORM

A Demand Draft of Rs. 3000 (`500 for Application Fee + `2500 against Registration fee) in favor of Indira Gandhi Institute of Aeronautics, payable at the city of the IGIA branch where you want to study.

STEP 3 - RECEIVE YOUR ADMISSION PHONE CALL/LETTER OR INTERVIEW CALL/LETTER

IGIA will either call you on phone or send you your Admission Letter if you are found eligible on Merit or an Interview phone Call/Letter in case of Cabin Crew students.

STEP 4 – ADMISSION Once you receive a confirmation for your Admission from IGIA, you can pay the fee and confirm your place on the respective course on or before the last date for admission.

Admission Procedure for PILOT TRAINING

STEP 1 - Download the prescribed CPL Admission Initiation Form from the link below:

STEP 2 - You can fill-up the form in Adobe PDF Reader and take a duly filled printout or fill it up in Ink.

STEP 3 - Submitting The Application Form

A Demand Draft of Rs. 5000 (Rs.500 for Application Fee + 4500 against Initiation fee) in favor of Indira Gandhi Institute of Aeronautics, payable either at Chandigarh or Jaipur and post/courier it duly filled with the required self-attested documents either to Chandigarh or Jaipur IGIA branch.

STEP 4 - Receive Your PILOT APTITUDE TEST Online

Having received your initiation form IGIA shall send you an online Pilot Aptitude Test at a pre-informed time at your official Email ID which you will need to solve in 30 minutes and submit it online itself. IGIA shall process the test and you’ll get your test result from the next working day.
