Kalinga University Undergraduate courses eligibility:

• Candidates must have cleared 10+2 from the respective stream with at least 45%(SC/ST- 40%) from a recognized board to take admission in B.A, B.Ed, B.Lib.Sc, and BSW.
• Postgraduate aspirants must have cleared a 10+2+3year programming degree in the respective stream with at least 45%(40% for SC/ST) from a recognized university to take admission in M.A. M.Ed, M.Lib.Sc, MSW, MJMC, MCA, M.Com, MBA and PGDM

• Kalinga University admission forms are available on their official website (www.kalingauniversity.ac.in) or candidates can get the forms in person from the administration office of KU, they need to register themselves through any procedure.
• Submit the application fee online or offline in the name of Kalinga University Raipur.

Kalinga University Scholarships

KU, Chhattisgarh awards merit scholarship to – 

• The meritorious students based on their merit in Intermediate/Higher Secondary examination,
• And to the students belong to special categories.

The Scholarship is given by KU on the tuition fee in the following ways:-

• 75% of tuition fees will be given as a scholarship to the candidates securing 90% above in 10+2.
• 50% of tuition fees will be given as a scholarship to the candidates securing 75% in 10+2.
• 25% tuition fee will be given as a scholarship to the candidates securing 60%-75% in 10+2.
• To the SC/ST/ward of Ex-Serviceman/OBC/One of the siblings will be given 25% of the tuition fee as a scholarship.
• Girl child/Physically handicapped/sportsperson/ward of Kalinga Staff will be given 50% on tuition fee.

Kalinga University Admission 2020: UG & PG Admission, Scholarship

Kalinga University was established in the year 1993 under Chhattisgarh Private Universities Act 2005 and is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The University offers various UG, PG, Diploma and Integrated courses under its 14 departments.

• Candidates who have passed 10+2/HSC or its equivalent qualifying examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserve category) from a recognized Board are considered eligible for admission to UG course.
• Applicants with graduation degree of minimum three years with at least 45% marks (40% for the reserved category) from a recognized University are considered eligible to get admission in any PG course.
• Candidates are selected on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination (for UG course) or in the Graduation Degree (for PG course) as per the guidelines of the University.

Applicants who have passed 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent examination from a recognized board in relevant subjects are considered eligible to get admission.

Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of their merit in 10+2.

Key Points for Admission:

• Shortlisted candidates are required to submit the admission fee within the 10 working days after the declaration of the selection. Failing which will result in the cancellation of the candidature.
• The seat will be then allotted to the first candidate of the waiting list.

Kalinga University offers multiple full-time 14 PG courses under its 14 departments. Candidates with graduation degree (of minimum 3 years duration) in relevant discipline from a recognized University are considered eligible for admission to the respective PG course.

Candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of their merit in graduation.

Key Points for Admission:

• Admission to the candidates is given as per the norms of the University.
• If in any case the particulars submitted by the candidate is found to be inappropriate or false, such candidates will not be considered for admission.
• The candidature of the candidates will be canceled and their deposited fee shall be forfeited.

• Online Mode:
  • Candidates shall visit the website of the college.

• Offline Mode:
  • Application form could be downloaded from the website of the college or can be obtained in person from the college.
