NIA-Nitte Institute of Architecture which is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University is now imparting excellent education to the students and creating a peaceful atmosphere to study. • Institute sets up QPDS centre and NATA test centre to regale university examinations, and facilities of workshop for metal craft, sculpture, carpentry-woodworks, plaster of works, pottery, material museum and exhibition hall.
• A library with collection of books over 600 and 100 titles on architecture with reading room. Also has a locker facility for students.
• And the areas like cricket ground, football court, volleyball, throw ball, badminton court and indoor games like carom, chess, and table tennis.

HOSTELS:

Host élites are provided with cupboard, cot, chair and a study table, provided with Wi-Fi facility, TV room, water coolers, water heaters, surveillance cameras and 24/7 security. Even they have the facilities of indoor and outdoor games. There is no permission for outside catering and the menu consists of veg and non-veg separately with multi-cuisine hygienic and nutritious food.

SCHOLARSHIP:

Students from minority and SC/ST are eligible for scholarship and whose parents are from military or army background get the scholarship. All the meritorious students has a fee concession in tuition fee securing more than 90% get Rs.200000, 85-90% Rs.215000, 80-85% Rs.240000 and less than 80% gets Rs.265000. This benefit will extend only if student maintains good academic performance by clearing the semesters and good discipline.
