North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) is a deemed university situated in West Siang, Arunachal Pradesh, India. It was founded in 2014 under 2F of UGC Act 1956. The university is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC). NEFTU works with the mission to provide quality education with wonderful infrastructure. The university runs undergraduate, postgraduate, doctorate, diploma, PG diploma and certificate courses in various disciplines.

NEFTU offers the variety of undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses in multiple specializations. The university also runs diploma, PG diploma and certificate courses. The university offers B.A, B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BFA, BCA, LLB, B.Lib, B.Com etc at undergraduate level. NEFTU Admission and Eligibility
Admission to courses offered by North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) is done through online as well as offline mode. Those who wish to apply can download the application form from the official website of NEFTU. They can also obtain the application form directly from admission department of the university with prescribed fee.
To be eligible for admission to undergraduate courses students should have passed class 12 in relevant stream from a reputed board. While for postgraduate courses, the minimum eligibility is bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with required marls from a recognized university or institute.
NEFTU Admission is done through entrance exam which is conducted by the university itself and personal interview round. Shortlisted candidates based on their marks obtained in entrance exam are called for interview round. Final selection is done through the overall performance of candidates.
NOTE: The University also accepts national or state level entrance exams for the selection process
NEFTU Scholarship
The university offers various scholarships under different categories. It provides scholarship to meritorious candidates based on their academic performance in qualifying exams prescribed by the University, 10+2 or Graduation, Rank secure in All India/ State Level Entrance/ Aptitude Test and candidates possessing exemplary skills in sports, performing arts or literary skills. The university also provides merit scholarship to motivate the students.
