SRM Institute of Science and Technology is a top-ranking deemed university that is part of the SRM Group of Institutions. SRM IST has a total of four campuses out of which the main campus is situated in Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu. Chennai itself has two more campuses, the SRM IST Ramapuram campus and the SRM IST Vadapalani campus. The fourth is situated outside Chennai in Delhi NCR—SRM IST Ghaziabad campus.

SRM IST Admission Process
SRM IST grants admission to most of its programmes through national-level entrance exams or on the basis of merit scores obtained in the qualifying exam followed by a counselling process. Admission to Engineering and Management courses is based on deemed university-conducted SRMJEEE and SRMJEEM exams, respectively. Candidates seeking enrolment can apply both online and offline.
