Amity University, Jaipur was established by Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF) in 2008 through the Amity University Rajasthan Act. It is a private university registered by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Situated in Kant in Jaipur, its campus is sprawled across 152 acres. The university consists of 13 institutes that offer numerous postgraduate, graduate and doctoral programmes in various fields of education. Nielsen ORG-MARG ranked the university 1st amongst all the universities in Rajasthan. Furthermore, the Education Excellence Summit named it as North India's best private university.
Amity University, Jaipur Admission Process
To get admission in Amity University, Jaipur, students are required to complete the application process. Candidates can find the Amity application form on the university's official website. Once the form is duly filled, send it to the university's address along with the other mandatory documents. Applicants who obtained an aggregate of 80% or more in Class 12th are admitted directly, whereas, those who do not meet this criterion are invited to participate in the selection process. The process includes a written test or/and group discussion or/and interview. Final selections are made on the basis of the applicants' performance in the selection process. In case of admission to the B. Tech programme, applicants are required to take AmityJEE, an entrance test organised by the university. Applicants with a high score in JEE Main are exempted from this exam and offered direct admission.
