Avinashilingam University has multiple programmes at UG, PG and M.Phil and Ph.D. level. The university provides courses like BE,B.E.Lateral, B.Sc., B.A., B.Ed., B.Com.,B.C.A.B.P.Ed. at UG level and  ME, MBA,M.Ed., MCA at PG level. The university provides multiple Master degree courses such as Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Education (M.Ed) and Master of Social Work (MSW). The duration of all the PG courses is 2 years.

There are 18 different specializations in M.Sc course offered by the university. M.A course contains five different specializations. Rest of the PG courses mentioned above contain only one specialization.

The minimum eligibility for a candidate to apply for M.Sc. is, B.Sc. degree in the relevant discipline. For M.A. the candidate can have any degree with the relevant subject in it. For M.Com and M.Com. Computer Application, the candidate must have a degree in B. Com./B.B.A./B.B.M. For M.Ed., the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree with min. 55% marks.
