BMS College for Women was established by visionary late B.S.Narayan in memory of his philanthropist father Dharmaprakasha Rajakarya Prasaktha late B.M.Sreenivasaiah in 1964.

The College has been thrice accredited by the NAAC with 'A' Grade in 2004, 2009 and 2016. It is affiliated to Bangalore Central University. The strength of the College is growing by leaps and bounds and is a testimony to its outstanding record of providing quality education.

BMS College Courses, Eligibility And Documents Required

The college offers both UG and PG courses. A brief about the same is given below.

BMS UG Courses

BA / B.Sc / BBA / B.Com / BCA / BVoc-IT / BVoc-RM are the courses offered by the college. Admission will be done on merit basis.

BMS Eligibility

The interested students can take admission after fulfilling the following criteria

• Intermediate graduates (10+2)
• From recognized board or institution
• Selection will be based on merit basis on the day of admission

Documents To Be Submitted

• Original marks cards of class 12
• Photocopy of Adhar card
• Original Migration Certificate (Only for Non – Karnataka)
• 5 Passport Size Photographs
• Proof of Caste(if any)

BMS PG Courses

The college is providing M.Com (Accounts & Finance), M.Sc. (Mathematics) and M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) for the students interested in post graduation.

BMS Eligibility

After meeting the criteria given below the student can take the admission

• Bachelorette degree holder
• From recognized board or institution
• Mathematics and Physics is required for science courses
• Selection will be based on merit basis on the day of admission
