Candidates can register themselves online or offline through the admission portal. The admission process of Medicaps University Indore are as follows:

Online Mode

Step 1: Registration 

• Visit the official website of the university and go to the ‘New Registration’ link.
• Fill the ‘Student Registration Form.’
• After completion of the registration process, an application number will be generated. 
• Note down your application number, user ID and password for future use.
• A copy of your login details and registration number will be sent on their registered email.
• Enter your user name and password and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 2: Program Selection and Course Choice

• Login by using your ID and Password.
• Fill all the relevant details in the application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 1,500 through online payment gateway or UPI.
• Take a printout of the application form.

Medicaps University UG Admission 2020: B.Pharm, BBA, B.Sc, B.Com & BCA

Medicaps University offers BBA, BCA, B.Sc and B.Com courses at the UG level with an intake of 60 students each. Candidates applying for UG courses should have passed 10+2 with minimum of% marks. 

Selection for UG courses is on the basis of merit. The merit list is prepared considering the candidates’ performance in the qualifying exam.

Medicaps Online Admission Process (MOAP) 2020

Candidates seeking admission to various programs offered by the Medicaps University must register themselves through the admission portal starting from December 26, 2019. For ease of the students, the documents may be uploaded online as well as offline.

Log on the Medicaps University Website and click on Admission tab. Then, Go to the link MOAP-2020. The online admission system will guide you through the complete process

Steps to Apply Online:

Step 1: Registration

1. The first time user should go to “New Registration” link for signing up with the MOAP-2020.
2. A ‘Student Registration Form’ will be displayed.
3. Once the applicant has submitted the form, a password will be generated. An email or SMS will notify of the same which the applicant will be able to change.
4. After completing the registration process, an Application Number will be generated. This will be visible to you on the pop-up.
5. Note down your application number, user ID  and password carefully. It will be used further while selecting the program and choosing the course.
6. A copy of your login details and application number will be notified to the candidates on their registered email id.
7. Now, you will be redirected to the login page (Landing Page). Enter your User Name and Password here and press the “Submit” button.

Step 2: Program Selection and Course Choice

Login by using your ID and Password. Fill the following details in the application form listed below:

• Personal Details
• Applicants personal profile
• Communication address
• Aadhar details (mandatory)
• Qualification Details
• Choice Preference (For B. Tech Programs, candidate must select at least five courses in order of priority, no matter if they select any interdisciplinary discipline)
• Document Upload (self-attested copies)
• Pay the application fee of amount INR 1500/- online
• Print Application form

Note: 

Candidate can choose as many courses as he/she wants to apply. The allotment of the course will be done only on the basis of eligibility and merit.

Medicaps University Offline Application Process 2020

Students can fill the offline application form by visiting the Medicaps University campus along with the desired documents.

Medicaps University Counselling Process 2020

For admission, the university will conduct online counselling, on the allotment dates the applicant can view his/her allotment for which the selection and allotment notification SMS is sent to all the candidates. In this option, the applicant can perform the following operations:

According to the applied preferences and cut-off marks decided by the University, the candidate can view his/her allotment and take a print.  After confirming allotment, the applicant can proceed for fee payments and other details. It contains the cancellation and fees refund policy of university.

Applicant, if not satisfied with the present allotment, then they can forward their form for the next round. Those who want to reappear for the next round will have to pay Re-Counselling Form Fee of Rs. 500/- via Online Payment Gateways or UPI. The applicant who has Nil allotment will not be charged any fee for the next round Counselling.

Medicaps University Scholarship Details

Following scholarships are offered by Medicaps University:

• Minority students whose parents’ annual income is less than INR 2.5 Lakhs will be provided Government of India Merit – cum- Means scholarship.
• Those candidates whose parents’ annual income is less than INR 3 Lakhs and who have scored at least 80% marks are in top 500, 2500,1000 and 1000 in HSC in Agriculture, Science, Arts or Humanities respectively are provided Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Scholarship.

• As per Government norms, Chancellor’s Scholarship is available for SC/ST/OBC/Minority Candidates.
