Candidates having a UG degree with a minimum of 50% can apply. AKNUCET Registration will commence in the last week of February 2020.
- Application fee is expected to be INR 500 for general or OBC and INR 300 for SC/ST/PH.
- The exam consists of 100 MCQs to be solved in 90 minutes.
- Candidates who obtained the required percentage will be called for the admission process.
- In case the number of applications received for the exam is less than the number of seats offered then the admission to the course will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying degree.

AKNUCET 2020 Eligibility
The exam conducting body lays down a few ground rules regarding the eligibility of aspiring candidates. The eligibility criteria are listed below.
- Candidates who have their ug degree or are appearing for their final semester exam are eligible to apply.
- Candidates from other Universities recognized by any state or central government will be considered for admission if they have a three-year Bachelor Degree of 10+2+3 or 12+3 or 11+1+3 pattern, with the required minimum percentage of marks by AKNU.
- Candidates who have got a bachelor degree by distance education without 10+2+3 pattern are also eligible for admission by providing a residence certificate.
- Bachelor Degree in B.A/B.Sc./B.Com/B.Litt. and B.L from Universities other than those in the state of Andhra Pradesh is acceptable provided they are recognised by Govt.
- Candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in Group Subjects (Part II) for admission into all arts, m.ed. and science and engineering courses. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in group subjects (Part II) is sufficient.
- The minimum age required to apply for is 21 years. There is no specified upper age limit.

AKNUCET 2020 Application Form
AKNUCET 2020 Application Form will be available from the first week of February 2020. Correctly fill all the fields during the registration as they cannot be edited later. Also, incomplete forms are subject to rejection. The steps for the application process are given below:
- Visit the official website.
- Find the link to the application form and fill the basic information asked. You will receive a registration number and password after registration.
- After submission of the details, access and fill the application form will all the required details- personal, academic and other.
- Verify the details entered correctly and move to the next step of fee payment.
- Remit the fee of INR 500 in online mode only- debit card/credit card or net banking.
- Print the final application form generated after fee payment for future reference.
Note: The application fee is INR 500 (INR 300 for SC/ST/PH). If candidates do not pay the fee within the stipulated time, they will have to pay a late fine of an additional INR 500.
AKNUCET 2020 Hall Ticket
AKNUCET hall ticket will be available from the last week of April 2020. Candidates have to log in by using their application number and password to download the admit card.
Steps to download admit card:
- Visit the official website.
- Login using your application number/ registration number and password.
- Submit the details and find AKNUCET Hall Ticket
- Download and print the hall ticket in case of no errors.
Hall ticket contains all relevant details like exam center, exam center code, test code, exam time, etc. Thus, they are advised to take multiple print outs and keep the admit card safe for all future correspondence.
AKNUCET 2020 Exam Centers
Candidates can fill up to 3 choices of exam centers at the time of registration. Candidates must also note that if the total number of candidates for a certain test is less than 200, the test will be conducted at Rajamahendravaram center only.

AKNUCET 2020 Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates will have to answer all questions asked to them in an OMR sheet. Candidates can use only blue or black ballpoint pen to mark their answers in the OMR sheet.
- Total 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam.
- Duration of the exam will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- The questions will be asked in English except for the test on Telugu which will be asked in Telugu.

AKNUCET 2020 Admission Process
After the declaration of result and the rank of the candidates is determined, the admission process will be conducted based on the rank received by all candidates.
- The admission schedule will be announced online.
- Seats will be divided according to the courses, candidates’ category and colleges.
- The admission fee will differ accordingly.
- Reservation rules as specified by the government will apply.
At the time of admission, candidates will have to present the following documents in original:
- AKNUCET 2020 rank card and admit card.
- UG degree pass certificate. If the candidate is in their final year, they will have to provide a provisional pass certificate.
- Consolidated mark sheet of UG Degree.
- Transfer and conduct certificate from the last institution attended by the candidate.
- Migration certificate, if the candidate has completed their UG degree from any other university.
- Caste and community certificates, if applicable.
- Marksheets from class X and XII level.
- 4 recent passport-sized photograph.
