VELS Entrance Examination (VEE) is a qualifying entrance exam for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by VELS University Chennai. The exam is conducted by VELS University Chennai. VEE 2020 will be held on May 13, 2020 in offline mode. Those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can appear for the exam.
- Candidate must have a minimum qualification of 10+2 to be eligible for VEE 2020.
- VEE 2020 Application Form will begin in December 2019. The last date to apply for the exam is April 30, 2020.
- The application fee ranges from INR 500- NR 1000 as per course.
- Candidates have to attempt 100 questions within 90 minutes.
- Every correct answer is awarded 1 mark while there is no deduction for incorrect answers.

Eligibility for VEE 2020 is based on academic qualification, minimum secured marks in qualifying exam as is given below herewith:

Steps for online submission of VEE 2020 exam application form are as follows:
- Visit official website i.e. www.velsuniv.ac.in
- Go to Admission and Click on Apply Now.
- Fill Information asked in the application form:

- Upload scanned images of Self Photograph, Signature (Self and Parent / Guardian)
- Submit and take a review
- Proceed to payment section
- Make payment with Net Banking or Debit Card or Credit Card.
Offline Mode:
- Application can be bought by paying prescribed amount for application form from office of VELS University.
- Application from for VEE 2020 can also be received by post. Applicant can send a DD for application fee of VEE 2020 as per programme applying for, to the postal address of VELS University.
- Fill it completely in the same way mentioned above in online application form
- Attach photocopies of all academic records as is required and 3 passport size self-photographs with 2 self-addressed stamped envelops.
- Get a DD of prescribed fee for VEE 2020 from any bank in the name of “Vels University”, payable at Chennai
- Post it for VELS University’s Chennai Address i.e.

VEE 2020 Admit Card
VEE 2020 Admit Card will be available on official website i.e. velsuniv.ac.in. Admit card will also be sent to the candidates via post who applied through offline mode. Steps to download the admit card are:
- Go to official website
- Login with registered Application Number / Email address and Password / Date of Birth
- Go to Admit Card for VEE 2020
- Download VEE 2020 Admit Card
- Take a printout for future reference
- The admit card will have the following information:
